(PHOTO)JOURNALIST

RECORDING THE FIRST DRAFT OF HISTORY

WHAT DOES

(PHOTO)JOURNALISM

MEAN TO ME?

Photographs offer a window directly into someone else’s life; that’s unbeatable. It transcends language. You can look through a page, see, and feel what’s happening on the other side of the world.

I fell in love with photojournalism as a tool to authentically tell a story and evoke emotions in a way unrivaled by any other medium.

My passion — my duty — is to share stories, amplify voices, and document history — no matter how big or small — to inform others.

No matter whether or not we agree with them, everyone’s story deserves to be shared.
